ORDERING AND SALES POLICY

24-Hour Toll-Free Ordering Convenience

We're here from 9am-4pm weekdays P.S.T., if you have questions or want to call your order in.  After 4pm, or before 9am and on weekends, you can call your order in on our voice recorder or FAX it in on the same number.  If you're not sure of the items you need to order, just leave your number and we'll call you back.

Shipping Discount

If you FAX your order with all information included you will recieve a handling discount depending also on the amount of your purchase and area of delivery.

Follow-up Orders


We have customers that order many items over a two-three year building period.  Once you've placed an order we keep your vital information in our system so it's not necessary to repeat all the numbers and spaces.  Just give us your name, phone, expiration date on your charge card and the 3 digit code on the back, we'll recapture the rest.

SHIPPING


All orders for Mr.40's items are shipped the same day if in stock.  Orders for specialty items subject to availability.  All shipping via UPS/USPS.  We accept Mastercard/Visa/Discover/American Express.

GUARANTEE


We guarantee your satisfaction against all manufacturing defects.  We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.  Products that have been misused or modified cannot be returned under guarantee.

RETURNS


There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase; no refunds after this period.  Items returned will not be accepted damaged, altered or painted.  You may receive store credit (less shipping charges) within 90 days of purchase.  All returns must be approved before returning by calling (559) 875-1222.

CLAIMS


Claims for damaged merchandise must be made with UPS.  Visible damage should be noted when signing for the parcel.  Notify your local UPS office no later than 24-hours after receipt of goods.

PRICING


Prices are effective March 2010.  Due to rising cost of materials it is sometimes necessary to raise prices prior to the next catalog.  Our salespeople can tell you of any price changes when placing your order.
